These Terms govern your use of the services and digital products offered by Q-Linking (Japan-based operator) through q-linking.com. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. eSIMs are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. No physical shipping is required.

2. eSIM Usage

• Each eSIM can only be installed once on a single device.
• eSIMs are non-transferable and cannot be reused after activation.
• Data plans must be activated within the specified validity period.

3. Refund Policy

eSIMs are non-refundable once a QR code has been issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services legally and respectfully. Abuse or misuse may result in service termination.

5. Disclaimer

Network performance depends on local mobile carriers. We work with reliable providers, but do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Please contact our support team for any issues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved through amicable discussion or under the jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.
