Refund Policy
Our eSIMs are digital products delivered via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. No physical shipping is required.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Once the QR code has been issued, the eSIM is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
- Each eSIM is locked to the first device it is installed on—non-transferable, non-reusable.
- Failure to check device compatibility or follow installation instructions is not eligible for refund.
Limited Exceptions
- The QR code was not delivered to your registered contact and no activation occurred.
- We confirm a technical issue on our side that prevents delivery or usage.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case qualifies, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@q-linking.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation. We will respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
